Firstly, as professional carpet and upholstery cleaners based in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset, we are committed to achieving the highest possible standards in the cleaning, protection and stain removal of valuable carpets and furnishings. All our technicians have been fully trained in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather, curtain and rug cleaning by recognised specialists in the industry.
This brings us to the second of our aims, which is to provide the very best level of service possible. Because our technicians have received specialist training, they can advise on the most appropriate course for your individual needs. They pay close attention to customers requests, willingly answering any questions that may arise, even if it is just to give some advice over the phone.
We also ensure that all our clients are truly satisfied with the work carried out before accepting payment.
